Who This Disclosure Applies To

This California Privacy Disclosure applies to consumers who are residents of the State of California and who interact with Blank Kingdom (operated by Knight Apparel USA Inc.). It is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA). If you are not a California resident, please refer to our general Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your data.

Creating and maintaining your customer account, enabling account login, and allowing you to view order history and manage saved addresses.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Blank Kingdom does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We disclose personal information only to the following categories of third parties, and only to the extent necessary to operate our business and fulfill our obligations to you:

Shipping and Fulfillment Carriers
Such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We share your name, delivery address, and contact information solely to facilitate the delivery of your order.
Payment Processors
Such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other gateway providers. Payment information is transmitted directly and securely to these processors. We never have access to your full card number or CVV.
E-Commerce and Technology Platform Providers
Including Shopify, which hosts our online store and provides order management, customer account, and analytics infrastructure. Shopify's use of your data as our service provider is governed by Shopify's privacy commitments.
Analytics Providers
Such as Google Analytics, which collects website usage data to help us understand traffic patterns and improve our website. This data is collected via cookies and may include your IP address and browsing behavior on our site.
Email Marketing Service Providers
We share your email address and name with email marketing platforms solely to send you marketing communications you have opted into. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Legal and Government Authorities
We may disclose personal information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of any person.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the following rights with respect to their personal information. These rights are subject to certain exceptions and limitations as permitted by law.

Right to Know
Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100

You have the right to request that we disclose: (1) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (2) the categories of sources from which we collected it; (3) our business or commercial purpose for collecting it; and (4) the categories of third parties with whom we have disclosed it. We will respond to verified requests within 45 calendar days.

Right to Delete
Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.105

You have the right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions. For example, we may retain information that is necessary to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, comply with legal obligations, or exercise our legal rights. Upon a verified request, we will delete your information and direct our service providers to do the same.

Right to Correct
Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.106 (CPRA)

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the information and the purposes for which we process it. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the information upon a verified request.

Right to Data Portability
Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100(d) (CPRA)

Where technically feasible, you have the right to receive the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in a portable, structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format so that you may transmit that information to another entity without hindrance.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.120

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Blank Kingdom does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Therefore, this right is not currently applicable to our practices. Should our practices change, we will update this disclosure and provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our homepage.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121 (CPRA)

You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. Blank Kingdom does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CPRA (such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, health information, or financial account credentials). Therefore, this right is not currently applicable to our data practices.

Right of Non-Discrimination
Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your California privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, provide a different level of service quality, or suggest that you will receive any such differential treatment as a result of exercising your privacy rights.

To submit a verifiable consumer request to exercise any of your California privacy rights, please use one of the following methods:

Verification Process

We are required by law to verify your identity before processing your request. We will use the information you provide in your request to match against the information we have in our records. We may ask you to provide additional information to verify your identity. We will not process your request if we cannot verify your identity. We will not require you to create an account in order to submit a request. For requests made by an authorized agent on your behalf, the agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to verify your identity.

Additional Disclosures

Shine the Light Law (California Civil Code § 1798.83)

California residents may request, once per year, information about personal information we have disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. Blank Kingdom does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Therefore, no such disclosure is required. However, if you have questions, please contact us at info@blankkingdom.com.

Minors Under 16 Years of Age

Our website and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16 years of age. We do not sell or share personal information of consumers we have actual knowledge are under 16 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at info@blankkingdom.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this disclosure, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Factors we consider when determining retention periods include the nature of the data, the purposes for which it was collected, applicable legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), and whether the information is necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. Some of these technologies may constitute "sharing" of personal information under the CPRA if used for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use Google Analytics for website analytics.
