for Our Errors
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. There are no restocking fees of any kind. Certain items are not eligible for return — see Section 4 for full details. All returns require prior approval through our return request process.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return request. The delivery date is determined by the carrier's tracking system — specifically, the timestamp recorded when your package was marked as delivered at your shipping address.
The 30-day window applies to standard return requests. Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival are subject to a separate 48-hour reporting requirement — please see Section 13 for full details. Initiating a return request is the first step; the physical item does not need to arrive back at our facility within 30 days, but the request must be submitted and approved within this period.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To protect the quality and integrity of our products for all customers, we require that returned items meet specific condition standards. Please review these requirements carefully before initiating a return. Items that do not meet the criteria below will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
The following categories of items cannot be returned under any circumstances, regardless of condition, and are clearly marked as such on the relevant product pages before checkout:
All non-returnable items are clearly identified on their individual product pages before you add them to your cart. We do not accept returns on these items under any circumstances, and purchasing them constitutes your acceptance of this condition.
No Restocking Fee
When you return an eligible item within the 30-day window and it passes our inspection, you receive a full refund of the product price — no deductions, no processing charges, no fees of any kind deducted from the item price. The only amount not refunded on standard returns is the original outbound shipping fee paid at checkout, as that cost covers the service of getting your order delivered to you. For returns caused by our error (wrong item, defective item, damage during shipping), we refund the full order total including the original shipping cost.

When you are responsible for return shipping, you may use any carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). We strongly recommend selecting a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance, as Blank Kingdom is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit before reaching our facility. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be approved before you send anything back to us. Do not ship a return without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team. Unauthorized returns sent to our address without an approved RMA will not be processed and may be returned to sender at your expense. Follow these steps exactly:

All approved returns must be shipped to our fulfillment facility in Clifton, New Jersey. Do not send returns to any other address, as this will cause significant delays in processing your refund. Please ensure your RMA number is written clearly on the outside of the package or on a note inside the package.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit before they reach our facility. Keep your return tracking number until your refund has been fully confirmed.
Exchange Policy
We do not process direct size or color exchanges in the traditional sense. Instead, we use a straightforward return-and-reorder process, which gives you faster access to the item you want and removes the wait time associated with traditional exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, here is how it works: initiate a return for the original item following the steps in Section 5, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the correct item directly on blankkingdom.com. You do not need to wait for your refund to be processed before placing the new order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee stock availability for the desired size or color at the time of reorder.
For returns due to our error — such as a wrong size or wrong item shipped — we will arrange a free replacement shipment in addition to covering all return shipping costs. No reorder is needed on your end in these situations.
Refund Processing Time and Method
Once we receive your returned item at our facility in Clifton, New Jersey, we will inspect it within 1 to 2 business days. If the item passes inspection, your refund will be initiated within 10 business days of the date we physically receive the package — not from the date you shipped it.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If there is a problem with your order that is caused by us or the carrier — including items that arrive damaged, items that are defective due to manufacturing faults, items that are different from what you ordered, or items that are missing from your shipment — we take full responsibility and will make it right at no cost to you.
You must report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation time shown in your tracking information. This is separate from and in addition to the standard 30-day return window. Reports submitted outside of this 48-hour window may limit our ability to fully resolve the issue. Please do not delay — contact us as soon as you discover a problem with your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly in order to meet our shipping commitments to you. As a result, our ability to cancel an order diminishes rapidly after it is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchasing.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@blankkingdom.com with the subject "Cancellation Request — Order #[Your Order Number]". If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then follow our standard return process outlined in Section 5.
Lost Parcel Policy
If your tracking information shows no movement for 5 or more consecutive business days while your order is still shown as in transit, or if the carrier marks your package as lost, please contact us. We will open a formal trace inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
Packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not physically received by you are handled differently from lost parcels — please refer to our Shipping Policy for guidance on delivered but missing packages, including advice on package theft situations.
Lost or Missing Returns
Blank Kingdom is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit before they reach our facility, unless we provided the return shipping label. This is why we strongly recommend that all customers use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt and tracking number when sending a return.
If your return tracking shows the package was delivered to our facility but we have not processed your refund within the stated 10-business-day window, please contact us with your return tracking number and we will investigate immediately. If a return shipped with our prepaid label is lost by the carrier, we will take full responsibility and process your refund regardless.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund and believe enough time has passed, please work through the following steps before contacting us. Most apparent refund delays are resolved by checking these in order.
Items Returned Without Approval
Do not send items back to us without first obtaining an approved RMA. Any package received at our facility without a valid RMA number will be classified as an unauthorized return. Unauthorized returns will not be inspected, will not be processed for a refund, and will be held at our facility for up to 14 business days for the customer to arrange collection at their own expense.
If an unauthorized return is not collected within 14 business days, Blank Kingdom reserves the right to dispose of or donate the unclaimed item(s). We will not be liable for any loss in such circumstances. This policy exists to protect both our operations and the integrity of the return process for all customers.

All returns are processed by mail shipment to our facility. We do not accept in-person returns or drop-offs. You may use any of the following U.S. domestic carriers to ship your return, as long as a tracking number is provided:
We recommend choosing a service that provides both tracking and basic insurance coverage for the value of your items. Economy untracked shipping methods are used at your own risk.
Policy Abuse Prevention, Fraud, and Safety
Our return policy is designed to be generous, fair, and straightforward for genuine customers. To ensure that this policy continues to benefit all of our customers fairly, we actively monitor for and take action against the following abusive behaviors:
Suspected policy abuse or fraud will be investigated. Cases involving fraudulent claims may be reported to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and New Jersey state law. Our policy is designed to be generous for honest customers, and we will protect that generosity by taking action against bad-faith actors.
