Orders and Purchasing

Placing an order is simple. Browse our collection, select the product and size you want, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout by clicking the cart icon. Enter your shipping address, select your preferred shipping method, and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provide within a few minutes of placing your order.

We process orders promptly to ensure timely dispatch. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@blankkingdom.com or call +1 (973) 928-3559. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order enters fulfillment. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes and you will need to follow our return process upon delivery.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, a summary of the items purchased, your shipping address, and your estimated delivery window. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there, contact us at info@blankkingdom.com and we will confirm your order status.

Yes, we welcome bulk and wholesale inquiries. If you are interested in purchasing larger quantities for business, team, or resale purposes, please contact us at info@blankkingdom.com with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry" and include details about the items, quantities, and your intended use. Our team will get back to you with pricing and availability information.

Orders must be placed directly through blankkingdom.com to ensure the secure processing of your payment information. However, if you need assistance navigating our website or have questions before placing your order, our team is happy to help you by phone at +1 (973) 928-3559 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will offer you the choice of a full refund for the unavailable item, a store credit, or an alternative product of equal value. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will process your refund or alternative promptly.

At this time, we do not offer a standard gift wrapping service at checkout. However, if you would like to include a personal gift message with your order, please email us at info@blankkingdom.com immediately after placing your order with your order number and the message you would like included. We will do our best to accommodate the request before your order ships.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Your total delivery time consists of two phases: order processing and shipping transit. Here is what to expect:

In total, you can expect to receive your order within 4–8 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and your chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $200. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also log into your Blank Kingdom account and view your order history to find tracking information. If you placed an order as a guest, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, we recommend: (1) Check around your property — packages are sometimes left in mailboxes, at a back door, or with a neighbor or building manager. (2) Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early. (3) Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation. (4) If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at info@blankkingdom.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Final sale items, intimates, and accessories are non-returnable. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Email info@blankkingdom.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, within 30 days of your delivery date.

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.

Pack the item securely in its original condition and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in our return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days and notify you by email.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed on our end.

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at info@blankkingdom.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like in exchange. If the desired item is available, we will process your exchange at no additional shipping cost for the replacement. If the item you want is no longer available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blankkingdom.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of our receiving the return. Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging before contacting us, as we may need it for carrier claims.

For standard returns due to a change of mind or size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. For returns due to our error — such as a wrong item sent, a manufacturing defect, or damage during transit — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Products and Sizing

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to our size chart rather than ordering your usual size, as sizing can vary between different product styles. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted look. We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible through photography. However, colors can appear differently depending on your monitor's calibration, screen brightness, and display technology. Slight variations between the product images and the actual item are normal and do not constitute a defect. Care instructions are printed on the garment label inside each item and are also listed on the product page. As a general rule, we recommend washing our garments in cold water on a gentle cycle, turning them inside out before washing, avoiding harsh detergents and bleach, and laying flat or hanging to dry where possible to preserve shape and color. Always refer to the specific care label on your garment for the most accurate instructions, as care requirements may vary by fabric composition.

If an item you want is currently out of stock, you may see a "Notify me when available" option on the product page. Simply enter your email address and we will send you an automated notification as soon as the item is restocked. All transactions on blankkingdom.com are protected by SSL/TLS encryption, and our payment processing is handled entirely by Shopify Payments, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest standard for payment security. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Your payment information goes directly to the payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address. As a New Jersey-based business, we collect sales tax on all orders shipped to New Jersey. For orders shipped to other states, applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout automatically, in compliance with applicable U.S. sales tax laws. The exact tax amount will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Yes! We periodically offer discount codes, seasonal promotions, and special offers to our subscribers and loyal customers. The best way to stay informed about our latest promotions is to subscribe to our email newsletter at the bottom of our website. We also announce exclusive deals through our social media channels. No, you do not need a Blank Kingdom account to place an order. We offer a guest checkout option that allows you to complete your purchase without creating an account. However, creating a free account offers several advantages, including the ability to track your orders, view your full order history, save multiple shipping addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience on future purchases. You can create an account at any time on our website.

To reset your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page and enter the email address associated with your account. We will send you a password reset link to that email address. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password. The reset link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
