Blank Kingdom is a premium apparel brand owned and operated by Knight Apparel USA Inc., registered in the State of New Jersey. This Shipping Policy has been prepared to give you a complete and transparent understanding of how we handle order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and everything in between.

We ship exclusively within the United States. Every order placed on blankkingdom.com is fulfilled directly from our facility in Clifton, New Jersey. There are no third-party fulfillment centers, no dropshipping, and no hidden intermediaries involved in processing or shipping your order.

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Your total, including any applicable tax and the exact shipping charge, will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not charge anything that is not disclosed at checkout.

We do not ship outside the United States at this time. If you place an order with a non-U.S. shipping address, your order will not be processed and you will be contacted for resolution.

Product Pricing and Currency

All product prices displayed on blankkingdom.com are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are listed exclusive of sales tax. The applicable sales tax, if any, will be added at checkout and displayed clearly before you confirm your purchase.

The final amount charged to your payment method is the total shown at the order confirmation screen, which includes the product price, shipping cost, and any applicable sales tax. We do not apply any additional surcharges, hidden fees, or currency conversion fees on our end.

Order Cut-Off Time

The order cut-off time is the point in the business day by which an order must be placed for it to begin processing that same day. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next available business day.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is the period from when you place your order to when it is physically handed over to the carrier for shipment. Processing time is entirely separate from transit time. During this period, we complete the following steps:

Address Accuracy and Verification

The shipping address you enter at checkout is the address to which your order will be delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure all address information is complete and accurate before completing your purchase. This includes:

Full legal name of the recipient
Complete street address including apartment, suite, unit, or floor number if applicable
City, state, and correct five-digit ZIP code (or ZIP+4 if applicable)
A valid U.S. phone number or email address the carrier can use to contact you if needed
Address Validation Notice

Our system automatically validates shipping addresses against USPS data. If an issue is detected, we will contact you. Resolving address issues may delay your order by 24 to 48 hours. Blank Kingdom is not liable for delayed or undeliverable packages resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please act promptly. Our cancellation policy is time-sensitive because we begin processing orders quickly to meet our shipping commitments.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made while your order is still in the processing stage.

Before Shipment
Contact us within 24 hours of order placement. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch at no additional cost.
After Shipment
Once dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. You may contact the carrier directly to request an address intercept (carrier fees may apply).

Failed Deliveries and Missed Attempts

A failed delivery occurs when the carrier is unable to complete delivery of your package due to an inaccessible location, no one available to sign, or an unlocatable address.

What the carrier does after a failed attempt
Most carriers make two or three delivery attempts on consecutive business days before returning the package. A delivery notice is typically left at the address after each attempt, with instructions for rescheduling or collecting the package.
What happens if the package is returned to us
We will notify you by email. You may choose to have the package reshipped to a corrected address (subject to an additional shipping fee) or request a refund for the product cost minus the original non-refundable shipping fee.

Blank Kingdom is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an inaccurate address provided by the customer, an inaccessible delivery location, or a missed delivery where the customer did not respond to carrier notifications. Re-shipping costs in these situations are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, we will work to make it right. Please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@blankkingdom.com within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation time. Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Your order number, clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item(s), and a brief description of the damage.

Resolution
Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the damaged items, depending on stock availability and your preference. Covered at no cost to you.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you open your package and find that an item is missing, or that you received an item that does not match what you ordered (wrong size, color, or product), please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation time.

To Report a Missing or Incorrect Item

Send an email to info@blankkingdom.com with the subject line: "Incorrect/Missing Item — Order #[Your Order Number]"

Include: your order number, the name and description of the missing or incorrect item, and a photograph of what was received (for incorrect item claims). We will review and arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund at no additional charge.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We define a package as delayed when its tracking status has not updated for more than 5 consecutive business days while still showing as in transit. We define a package as potentially lost when there has been no movement for more than 10 business days after the last recorded scan.

We will arrange a full replacement shipment or issue a complete refund — your choice.
External Cause Delays
Weather, labor disruptions, or peak-season volume are outside our control. We will assist wherever possible.

Carrier-related delays do not automatically qualify as a lost package claim. The trace process typically takes 5 to 7 business days to complete.

Delivery Confirmation and Package Theft

A delivery is considered complete when the carrier's tracking system records a successful delivery scan at the shipping address provided at checkout.

Delivery Confirmation
Once your tracking number shows "Delivered," the order is considered fulfilled by Blank Kingdom. If you have not physically received the package, please first check with household members, building management, neighbors, and secure package areas such as a mailroom, front desk, or parcel locker before contacting us.
Package Theft
Blank Kingdom is not liable for packages stolen after the carrier has successfully delivered them. If you believe your package was stolen, file a police report and check with neighbors or building security. Your homeowner's or renter's insurance may cover stolen packages.
Tip to Prevent Theft

If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, consider using a delivery address where someone will be present, or request that the carrier hold the package at a local pickup location through the carrier's tracking portal once your shipment is in transit.

Sales Tax, VAT, and Import Duties

We want to be completely transparent about the taxes and fees that apply to your order.

U.S. Sales Tax

The United States does not have a federal sales tax. Instead, sales tax is administered at the state and local level. Each state sets its own tax rate, and some counties or municipalities add an additional local rate on top of the state rate.

Where applicable under state law, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states based on our sales tax nexus in New Jersey. The applicable sales tax — if any — is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You will never pay sales tax that is not disclosed at checkout.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

VAT is a tax system used in many countries outside the United States. As a domestic U.S. retailer shipping exclusively within the United States, Blank Kingdom is not subject to VAT. We do not charge VAT, and no VAT will be applied to your order at any point.

Import Duties and Customs Fees

Because we ship exclusively within the United States, no import duties, customs tariffs, or international customs fees of any kind are applied to your order. There are no cross-border charges, no brokerage fees, and no customs declarations required. What you see at checkout is the complete total you will be charged.
