We do not ship outside the United States at this time. If you place an order with a non-U.S. shipping address, your order will not be processed and you will be contacted for resolution.
Product Pricing and Currency
All product prices displayed on blankkingdom.com are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are listed exclusive of sales tax. The applicable sales tax, if any, will be added at checkout and displayed clearly before you confirm your purchase.
The final amount charged to your payment method is the total shown at the order confirmation screen, which includes the product price, shipping cost, and any applicable sales tax. We do not apply any additional surcharges, hidden fees, or currency conversion fees on our end.
Note: If you are shopping using an international payment card, your card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee or currency conversion charge. This is entirely outside our control and is not a fee we collect.
Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your package and the delivery destination within the United States. The exact cost is always calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — there are no surprises after you place your order.

Where We Ship From
Every order placed on blankkingdom.com is processed, quality-checked, packaged, and dispatched directly from our facility in New Jersey. We do not use any external warehouses, third-party logistics providers, or overseas shipping hubs. Your order originates from a single, domestic location, which allows us to maintain consistent quality control and reliable delivery timelines.
Order Cut-Off Time
The order cut-off time is the point in the business day by which an order must be placed for it to begin processing that same day. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next available business day.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time is the period from when you place your order to when it is physically handed over to the carrier for shipment. Processing time is entirely separate from transit time. During this period, we complete the following steps:
Transit and Total Delivery Time
Transit time is the period from when the carrier picks up your package from our facility to when it arrives at your delivery address. Transit times may vary depending on the distance between Clifton, NJ and your delivery address, as well as carrier capacity.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays. Delivery estimates are based on standard carrier performance and may be affected by weather, peak seasons, or carrier volume. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery Terms and Couriers
We work with established U.S. domestic carriers to deliver your orders safely and reliably. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on your delivery destination, package weight, and service availability at the time of dispatch.
All deliveries are made to the shipping address you provide at checkout. If a specific carrier or delivery speed is required, please contact us before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Every order we ship includes a tracking number. Once your order has been packaged and handed to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please refer to the Lost or Delayed Packages section below.
Packaging and Order Protection

The shipping address you enter at checkout is the address to which your order will be delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure all address information is complete and accurate before completing your purchase. This includes:
Our system automatically validates shipping addresses against USPS data. If an issue is detected, we will contact you. Resolving address issues may delay your order by 24 to 48 hours. Blank Kingdom is not liable for delayed or undeliverable packages resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please act promptly. Our cancellation policy is time-sensitive because we begin processing orders quickly to meet our shipping commitments.

Changing Your Shipping Address
If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made while your order is still in the processing stage.

Failed Deliveries and Missed Attempts
A failed delivery occurs when the carrier is unable to complete delivery of your package due to an inaccessible location, no one available to sign, or an unlocatable address.
Blank Kingdom is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an inaccurate address provided by the customer, an inaccessible delivery location, or a missed delivery where the customer did not respond to carrier notifications. Re-shipping costs in these situations are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, we will work to make it right. Please follow these steps:
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you open your package and find that an item is missing, or that you received an item that does not match what you ordered (wrong size, color, or product), please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We define a package as delayed when its tracking status has not updated for more than 5 consecutive business days while still showing as in transit. We define a package as potentially lost when there has been no movement for more than 10 business days after the last recorded scan.
Carrier-related delays do not automatically qualify as a lost package claim. The trace process typically takes 5 to 7 business days to complete.
Delivery Confirmation and Package Theft
A delivery is considered complete when the carrier's tracking system records a successful delivery scan at the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, consider using a delivery address where someone will be present, or request that the carrier hold the package at a local pickup location through the carrier's tracking portal once your shipment is in transit.
Sales Tax, VAT, and Import Duties
