This Payment Policy explains exactly how Blank Kingdom, operated by Knight Apparel USA Inc., accepts, processes, and protects payments made on blankkingdom.com. We want you to shop with complete confidence. Every payment made on our website is fully encrypted, processed through industry-certified payment gateways, and charged only at the time your order is placed. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, gift cards from other retailers, or any payment method not listed above. If you attempt to place an order using an unsupported payment method, your order will not be processed and no charge will be applied to your account. Your payment is charged in full at the time you place your order. We do not place a hold and charge later — we do not operate a pre-authorization-only model for standard orders. When you click "Place Order" or "Complete Purchase" at checkout and your payment is approved, the full order amount is immediately captured from your payment method.
This charge timing applies to all payment methods we accept, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For Shop Pay Installments, the installment schedule and terms are governed by the installment provider's own agreement, which is presented to you during checkout before you commit to that payment plan.

If your order is later canceled — by you or by us — your full payment will be refunded to your original payment method within the timeframes described in Section 07 of this policy. You will never be charged for an order that is not fulfilled.
Sales Tax — How It Works

Tax amounts are never hidden. The exact tax you owe is always shown clearly in your order summary during checkout, before you click "Place Order." Your final order confirmation email will also include a full itemized breakdown, including the tax amount charged. Payment Declines and Transaction Errors
If your payment is declined or a transaction error occurs, no charge will be applied to your account and your order will not be processed. Here are the most common reasons a payment may be declined and what you can do about it:
A payment decline does not mean you were charged. If your bank shows a "pending" charge after a declined transaction, this is typically a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank, not an actual charge. These holds are released automatically by your bank, usually within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's policies. We have no ability to release bank-side holds — you will need to contact your bank directly if a hold is causing concern.
Refunds and Payment Reversals
All approved refunds are returned to your original payment method only. We do not issue refunds as store credit, gift cards, checks, or cash unless you specifically request store credit in writing, which we may offer at our discretion. Refunds are always issued using the same payment method and account that was used to place the original order.

Refund timelines shown above are estimates based on typical processing times. Actual timing depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside of our control. We initiate all refunds promptly on our end, but we cannot accelerate the processing speed of your financial institution. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@blankkingdom.com and we will investigate immediately.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving every customer issue quickly and fairly. If you have any concern with a charge on your account from Blank Kingdom, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases, we can resolve the matter much faster than the formal bank dispute process, which can take 30 to 90 days or more to complete.
Order Cancellations and Payment
Shop Pay Installments — Buy Now, Pay Later
We offer Shop Pay Installments as a buy-now, pay-later option through Shopify's partnership with Affirm, for eligible orders placed on blankkingdom.com. This option allows you to split your purchase into smaller installment payments. Shop Pay Installments is available for qualifying U.S. customers only.
Important: Shop Pay Installments is provided and managed by Affirm, not by Blank Kingdom. By choosing this payment option, you are entering into a separate financing agreement with Affirm. Affirm's own terms of service, privacy policy, and installment agreement will apply to your payment plan. Blank Kingdom is not a party to that financing agreement and has no control over its terms.
