Blank Kingdom does not sell your personal information. You may still submit a formal opt-out request using the form on this page and we will confirm your preference in writing.

The CPRA expanded your rights to include opting out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — which means using your data to serve you targeted ads based on your behavior across different websites, apps, or services. Blank Kingdom does not share your personal information with any third party for this purpose. You may still formally request this opt-out below.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit a business's use of your sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to provide goods or services. Sensitive personal information includes items such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, health data, and biometric data. How to Submit Your Opt-Out Request

You may submit your opt-out request using any of the three methods below. All methods are equally valid and we will process your request through whichever channel you choose. We will respond and confirm your request within 45 days of receiving it, as required by California law.

Complete the opt-out form directly on this page below. This is the fastest and most convenient method. Your submission is sent securely to our privacy team and we will confirm your opt-out via email within 45 days.
Method 2 — Direct Email
Send an email to info@blankkingdom.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and include your full name, email address, and the specific request you are making.
Method 3 — Written Request
You may send a written request by postal mail to: Knight Apparel USA Inc., Attn: Privacy Team, 791 Paulison Avenue, Clifton, NJ 07011, USA. Please include your full name and email address so we can identify your records and respond to you.
What Happens After You Submit Your Request

Identity Verification: We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to ensure we are applying preferences to the correct account. We will do this using the email address and name you provide in your request. We will not use your identity verification information for any other purpose.

Request Processing: Once your identity is verified, we will process your opt-out request and update our internal records to reflect your preferences. Since we do not sell or share your data for advertising, your request will be confirmed as honored immediately.

Written Confirmation: We will send you a written confirmation via email within 45 days of receiving your verified request, documenting that your opt-out preference has been recorded. If we need an extension beyond 45 days due to the complexity of your request, we will notify you within the initial 45-day period and explain the reason for the extension.

Your Shopping Is Not Affected: Submitting this request has no effect on your ability to shop at blankkingdom.com. You will continue to receive transactional emails related to your orders and will continue to have access to all products, services, pricing, and promotions available on our website.

Authorized Agents

Requests by Authorized Agents

Under the CCPA/CPRA, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a Do Not Sell or Share request on your behalf. An authorized agent may be a person, company, or other organization you have given written permission to act for you in exercising your California privacy rights.

If you are submitting a request as an authorized agent on behalf of a California resident, please include all of the following with your submission:

The full name and email address of the California resident whose rights you are acting on behalf of
Your own full name and contact information as the authorized agent
A signed, written authorization from the California resident giving you permission to submit this request on their behalf (or proof that you hold a valid power of attorney as defined under California Probate Code § 4000 et seq.)

We may contact the California resident directly to verify that you are acting as their authorized agent before processing the request.
